Droid Charge released first Droid to feature 4G LTE
Samsung has released the Droid Charge, the first Droid phone to have 4G LTE. Here are a few specs about the Charge:- 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display

- 4G LTE

- Virtual QWERTY keyboard
